I had the chance to hang out with my friend Jory Cordy while he was in town for a shoot. I shot this image while hanging out in my apartment. I enjoyed the feel of it. Hope that you do too.

I was enjoying a latte at Jack’s Stir Brew when i saw this pup looking in the window. If you’re in the village make sure to stop by jacks. They have amazing coffee and are super nice.

Sorry about the blog being silent. I have been super busy this last month. I graduated from Photography school, moved to New York, got in a bike crash and many more things! (Don’t worry im fine
)
Here are a few images from the last few weeks.

The Banks of the French King River | Western Massachusetts.

This is me infront of my old apartment in Massachusetts. As I locked the door and hit the road to New York.

Two Bicycles shot on Christopher Street and Jane Street, West Village, NYC.
Also I hope that you like the new blog design. I am still making some changes but it is getting closer to what I am liking. Be looking out for a new portrait project starting with in the next week.
I wanted to put up a new print that I have recently been working on. The print is available in a signed and numbered limited edition series of 20 prints. Please contact me at info@benjaminspell.com for more information. Prints start at $100.
Thanks,
Benjamin

Yesterday I had the chance to shoot and hangout with my friend Andy. These were a couple of shots I grabbed during the afternoon. My final portfolio for school is due in a couple of days! I’ve been busy getting last minute things in order for that, sorry that the blog has been quiet. I hope that you enjoy the photos.
Cheers,
Benjamin

I just finished editing this shot. It was really tough to shoot, the concave and convex surfaces of the bracelet made it ridiculously hard to light.I was happy with the outcome though. I hope that you like it.

I finally had the chance to scan some film that I shot during my last visit to Louisiana. I was driving around with Jason Cohen and came across Mr. Ernest Babeneaux. We talked with Mr. Babeneaux for about 30 minutes and also took a few photographs. Here is one of my favorites. This was photographed on Kodak 160NC with a Hasselblad 503cx with a 60mm lens. I loved the depth of the image. Hope that you enjoy.

The weather has been awesome lately. It seems that summer is just around the corner. I shot this image yesterday while getting lunch with a bunch of friends. This was a grab shot but I loved the feel of the image. Hope that you enjoy.

Jenna and I shot together while I was home for spring break. We had a great time, here are a couple of images from the shoot that I really enjoyed.
Best,
Benjamin
